Yippee! I’ll have to give that one a try.

My latest excitement in the gluten free finds is that a local pizza shop now has a gluten free crust option and it’s absolutely out of this world! Thin. Crispy. Flavorful. I’m so thrilled to have pizza back in my life! I went 3 times this week. Whoa Nellie!

I made these again and I want to express how important it is to cook the matzo balls for at least 30 minutes! I know it sounds like a lot time but maybe it’s because I live in Colorado — high altitude??? Cheers! NoCo Ninja
