As a full-time professional and mom it always seems like I’m juggling a millions things at once. Unfortunately, cooking has fallen by the wayside. However, something magical has happened that lured me back into the kitchen. It was a Saturday morning trip to the grocery store when I discovered organic grated ginger on the shelf. “You mean to tell me, that someone has already peeled and chopped up ginger to use instantly?” I didn’t even know that was possible! It was a little expensive, but I was convinced that we had to buy it and try it out.
Results: It’s worth every penny. It’s been such a delight to have access to fresh ginger to spice up our meals without taking the time to peel and chop. We have been using it for fish, juice drinks with the Magic Bullet, grilled chicken, and tuna sandwiches.
