It’s always nice to have something sweet after dinner. I found an awesome spice mix that is gluten, dairy, corn, and soy free. It’s from Namaste Food company and very easy to make. I’ve found the mix for around $6.99 and it’s a really good deal considering that you get a lot of cake. It makes two 9″ rounds-not just one! I also use this mix for cupcakes and freeze some so I can pull one or two out instead of feeling obligated to eat the entire cake (which usually happens.) The texture is very spongy which is refreshing. The taste is incredible because of the spice blend which is cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. It also fills the air with an aroma that reminds you of the holidays!
Directions:
Heat over at 350 degrees. Spray pan lightly or grease. Combine the mix with 3 eggs ¾ cups of water and 2/3 cups of oil and bake around 30-35 minutes.
